Subject: Merger of Newton Technisch Bureau BV and RoboPharma BV
Dear Partner,
We would like to inform you that Newton Technisch Bureau BV (Chamber of Commerce no. 18074364) and its sister company RoboPharma BV (Chamber of Commerce no. 69646090), both located in Waalwijk, will merge as of January 1, 2026. From that date onward, the combined entity will operate under the name RoboPharma BV.
All employees of Newton Technisch Bureau will become part of RoboPharma, along with all existing contracts and obligations, including maintenance agreements. Newton Technisch Bureau will continue its activities as part of RoboPharma. All ongoing projects will be completed as agreed, and all service and maintenance contracts will remain valid. There is no intention to terminate these agreements.
Starting January 1, 2026, please address all invoices and payments to RoboPharma BV. The bank account details are:

We are also pleased to announce that both companies will relocate to a new, larger, and more modern facility in Waalwijk during January/February next year. This move will enable us to serve you even better—a significant step forward. You will receive an official relocation notice in due course. Naturally, we will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience.
